Section 1: Liability.
Kaizen LLC shall not be liable for any damages or losses, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from the use of its products or services. By purchasing products or services from Kaizen LLC, you agree to release Kaizen LLC from any liability for damages or losses that may occur as a result of using its products or services.
All sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued unless otherwise stated in the company's return policy. By placing an order with Kaizen LLC, you agree to the terms and conditions of sale, including the limitation of liability and the no refund policy.

We strive to provide high-quality products and services to our customers, but cannot guarantee that they will be free from defects or errors. Section 2: Turnaround time.
Kaizen LLC strives to provide quick and efficient turnaround times for all orders. However, turnaround times are estimates only and are subject to change without notice. Kaizen LLC is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of its control, such as shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that turnaround times may vary depending on the size and complexity of your order, as well as other factors such as the availability of materials or embroidery equipment. We will do our best to provide accurate estimates and keep you informed of any delays or changes to your order status.
By placing an order with Kaizen LLC, you agree to the turnaround time estimates and acknowledge that they are subject to change. Kaizen LLC is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of delayed or missed delivery dates, and all sales are final. Section 3: Privacy Policy.
At Kaizen LLC, we take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. Section 4: Governing Law.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to this agreement, including but not limited to its interpretation, enforcement, or breach, shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Idaho.
The parties to this agreement hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Idaho for any such dispute, and waive any objections to the venue of such courts, including without limitation any objection based on forum non conveniens. The prevailing party in any such dispute shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
This governing law section specifies that the laws of the State of Idaho will apply to the agreement, and any disputes related to the agreement will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Idaho. The section also includes language indicating that the parties to the agreement consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Idaho for any disputes, and that the prevailing party in any dispute may be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
